The most impressive breakthroughs in our lives come from technologies that reduce emissions. We want to support the growth of such software and hardware solutions while building a more sustainable future. We want to be part of this change. We want to support the growth of software and hardware solutions that can help drive change while building a more sustainable future.

This is how we think

The construction, real estate and energy industries are now facing a rapid change in new technologies and business models, which is due to the need to both make operations more efficient and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

This industrial reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and digital transformation is also driven by the regulated goals of increasing efficiency, sustainability and investment resilience.

This is how we invest

We invest in startup and growth companies that develop innovative and scalable technology solutions in the construction, real estate and energy sectors. We act in Finland and the Nordic and Baltic countries

We usually make 1-3 capital investments in the target company, totaling around €1-2m, over a period of 4-6 years.

Carbonaide

Carbonaide turns building materials from a large emission source into a carbon sink with the help of dedicated technology solution.

With Carbonaide solution, the construction industry can utilize carbon dioxide to improve their product and production quality and permanently store carbon as carbonates in the products at the same time.

Storing carbon dioxide in the concrete hardening phase maximizes the positive impact: reduces need for cement and stores carbon permanently without compromising the quality of concrete.
