This is how we think
The construction, real estate and energy industries are now facing a rapid change in new technologies and business models, which is due to the need to both make operations more efficient and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
This industrial reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and digital transformation is also driven by the regulated goals of increasing efficiency, sustainability and investment resilience.
The most impressive breakthroughs in our lives come from technologies that reduce emissions. We want to support the growth of such software and hardware solutions while building a more sustainable future. The most impressive breakthroughs in our lives come from technologies that reduce emissions. Rapid development and utilization of new technologies has undeniable benefits for both improving resource efficiency and optimizing energy use.
We want to be part of this change. We want to be part of this change. We want to support the growth of software and hardware solutions that can help drive change while building a more sustainable future.
This is how we invest
We invest in startup and growth companies that develop innovative and scalable technology solutions in the construction, real estate and energy sectors. We act in Finland and the Nordic and Baltic countries
We usually make 1-3 capital investments in the target company, totaling around €1-2m, over a period of 4-6 years.
Our portfolio
QHeat
QHeat – QHeat is a Finnish technology company that develops geothermal technology and drills medium-deep geothermal wells. The unique medium-deep geothermal solution developed by QHeat offers an almost emission-free way to heat and cool our cities in the future. Clean heating energy is the solution to achieving climate goals.
Soletair
Soletair – Soletair Power is a Finnish carbon dioxide recovery company. Direct Air Capture technology that can be integrated into the ventilation of Soletair buildings, which can also be installed afterwards. The carbon dioxide recovery machine enables the removal of carbon dioxide from the air in buildings at ambient air flow rates. The recovered CO2 gas is mineralized, for example, into concrete.
